Intro:
Cornerstone’s Americas Field Marketing Team is searching for a Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for Enterprise Markets to develop the ABM strategy, design and execute targeted campaigns and programs that drive pipeline and revenue in the United States and Canada.
In this high-impact role, you will put your creativity and marketing prowess to work to develop, launch, manage, and measure 1:Few and 1:Many ABM campaigns that help direct sales teams connect with prospects in meaningful ways, increase engagement and breadth with accounts, and contribute to pipeline generation.
Successful candidates are well versed in full funnel campaign management and a wide variety of digital practices; have experience with account-based tactics; understand the motivations of technical and executive stakeholders, and have a successful track record of achieving Marketing Qualified Account KPIs and pipeline goals.
In this role you will:
Define, implement, and communicate ABM strategies and processes for Americas direct sales and marketing teams.
Own and drive the execution of the ABM strategy for high-priority prospect accounts aligned with pipeline generation goals.
Work closely with cross functional teams to define target account lists and execute campaigns across all marketing channels.
Partner with sales and business development teams to maintain best practices for utilization of our ABX tools, including outbound prospecting and follow up efforts related to target account list
Monitor, track, and report engagement of target accounts and results across all programs and channels. Make recommendations and campaign optimizations based on analysis and results.
Partner with Portfolio Marketing to craft messaging that engages the buying group at targeted accounts. Map content and campaigns across personas, segments and verticals.
Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing stakeholders, budgets, timelines and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams on campaign concepts, content requirements, buyers journey development, and digital marketing execution to ensure pipeline targets are met.
Interpret campaign performance metrics to best optimize your campaigns.
You have what it takes if you :
Dream in demand gen and ABX : 5 - 7 years in Demand Generation for B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years’ experience in ABM.
Talk martech : Experience with ABM tech stack, i.e., 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Outreach, etc. Previous experience with LinkedIn Advertising an advantage.
Dig details : Detail-focused, self-starter with strong cross-functional project management skills. Ability to focus on tactical execution to get the job done.
