We are makers of the legendary bottle and box.unites technology, marketing and sourcing to drive transformational change for the world's leading brands.About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team.In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for complex accounting areas such as estimates, regulatory issues, revenue recognition, and consolidation.If you enjoy working on complex projects at fast-paced, growing company, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Compile monthly and quarterly financial statement packages and financial statement reports for various audiences.Reconcile various balance sheet accounts and perform fluctuation analyses.Perform ad hoc research and analysis of information from the ERP system and research of complex accounting principles and positions.Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in policies and procedures and oversee the scoping and implementation of changes.Provide technical guidance and coaching to other accountants.Support financial and regulatory audits by gathering and preparation of information and supporting schedules.Who You Are:Able to work with a wide range of functions and people, proficient in explaining accounting concepts in non-accounting language.Broadly experienced accountant with demonstrated knowledge of estimates, taxes/regulatory issues, revenue recognition, and consolidation.Proven history of guiding and mentoring other accountants.Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines associated with a rapidly growing companyEducation and Experience:Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, CPA or CMA preferred.5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in consumer products or manufacturing.Strong knowledge of US GAAP.Strong understanding of internal controls and systems view of accounting processes and procedures.Expert-level skills with Microsoft Excel required, experience with Oracle and Hyperion a plus.Stanley is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
