Description:
• Prepares and analyzes office and regional financial statements • Prepares journal entries and maintains supporting records • Prepares account reconciliations for multiple accounts and locations for various areas including but not limited to ,Bank reconciliations, Accruals, Prepaids • Answers accounting and financial questions by researching US GAAP, general ledger transactions and interpreting data • Provides detail analysis and quantifies variances from expected results • Maintains supporting work papers for internal and external audits • Develops and implements efficient accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes through process enhancements and automation • Communicates with Office Managers and Regional Management on financial results and policies/procedures • Constructs ad-hoc reports and assist with projects as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of accounting experience • Proficiency in Excel- Intermediate to advanced (pivots, vlook, some formulas), Word, and other Microsoft Office Tools • Experience working with accounting software, (Great Plains is a plus) • Working knowledge of US GAAP and ability to research technical items • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
