　　Randstad is working with a very prominent name in the Healthcare space to add an additional Sr. Accountant to the team. The position encompasses various tasks such as journal entry preparation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash management activities, and participation in special projects as needed. This is a contractual position for a minimum of 3 months (if not longer). If you have experience with journal entries, and heavy reconciliations, and have worked for a mid-sized company we want to talk to YOU!

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities

　　Compile and post journal entries accurately.

　　Execute account analysis and reconciliations.

　　Complete bank reconciliations.

　　Analyze trends in revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenses, preparing corresponding accruals.

　　Conduct reviews and reconciliations of inter-company balances.

　　Manage fixed asset accounting, ensuring reconciliation to fixed asset subledger and compliance with associated accounting policies.

　　Analyze variances in physical inventory and generate reports for management review.

　　Prepare payroll entries, reconcile them with payroll reports and source data, and review processed payroll by Human Resources.

　　Generate profit and loss statements for branches, providing necessary follow-up as required.

　　Assist in month-end close and consolidation processes, participate in cash management activities, contribute to audit preparation, and engage in company merger and acquisition activities.

　　Qualifications

　　Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited university.

　　CPA certification and experience with public accounting firms are advantageous.

　　Possess a minimum of three (3) years of robust experience in an accounting role.

　　Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

　　Demonstrate strong organizational and time management capabilities.

　　Creative thinking and an innovative approach are considered valuable assets for this role.
