monday.com is growing and looking for an EMEA Senior Account Manager - Partners who will be responsible for enhancing the level of partners account management with our key partners across all segments of their accounts. This role is highly strategic and diverse and includes further developing the account management capabilities of our partners by a combination of hands-on approach and relationship management with key accounts as well as scaled operation and enablement, delivering multi-million $ performance from account expansion.
This role is based in our London office and will be a hybrid working role with 3 days per week in the office.

Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of account management across existing accounts portfolio (>1000 clients) high profile monday.com partnersBalance your time and resources to achieve maximal impact and performance via a combination of hands-on work, scaled operation, and 1 to many enablement.Collaborate with partners, partners managers, success managers, and more.Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships account management practices, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them.Own your partner's portfolio expansion targets and deliver the resultsWillingness to travel as requiredSupport partners where required, with general guidance or on sales calls to close opportunities
Your Experience & Skills
At least 4 years of experience inSaaS sales/ business development positions - mustProven experience inSaaS Account Management - mustExperience in handling Enterprise sales and account management - must1+ years' experience in managing Channel Partners/ Resellers - advantageSUPERB multi-tasking and prioritization skillsStrong sales background - with a track record - from an opportunity to closeExperienced negotiator with high closing ratesAccount and quota planning skillsAbility to take an entire project from A to ZStrong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skillsTeam player with a winning approach
