Job Description What's it all about?
Visa is searching for a Senior Account Manager for MS&A in Warsaw. As a member of the team, the selected candidate will be responsible for acquirers’ management and the support of the acceptance projects in Poland.
The candidate will be working with internal partners to identify and cultivate growth opportunities, drive acceptance, engage with acquirers and supporting acceptance projects in order to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Role based in Warsaw.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Key Acquirers management - partner with and act as key interface with acquirers and partners within the cluster to secure and grow business for Visa Take business ownership of acceptance projects in PolandHunt for new business opportunities (including new products cross sell and upsell and VAS ), identify and size the opportunitiesIdentify and prioritise appropriate clients, acquirers, merchants, third parties and segments for acceptance expansion by segmenting opportunity and targeting the most attractive onesSupport contracts signed with Polish acquirers and other marker players driving acceptance projects in the countryProvide subject matter expertise to clients on core elements of the acquiring and acceptance propositionWork with and support other Account Mangers by: being responsible for business development with Acquirers/vendors and building engagement through working with Visa clients on acceptance and acquiring productsBeing responsible for Visa preference and marketing activities delivery, supporting delivery of key client’s initiatives with VisaSupporting MS&A team in preparing RFIs/RFPsDeliver on priorities in time and the required quality This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Qualifications
Experience in the payments industry;Experience with working with Acquirers or banks;Data management and analytics skills;Ability to assess situations and solve problems through sound reasoning and structured thinking;Ability to influence stakeholders;Knowledge and understanding of the commercial drivers for both Visa and other ecosystem participants;Sales and targets oriented person;Ability to work under targets and self –motivation;Be open minded and excited about the future technologies, willing to learn, work and engage in a multi-cultural environment;Project management and strong communication skills;Fluent Polish and English languages spoken and written. Desirable criteria
