Who We Are Looking For
IMG are looking for a Senior Account Manager, Digital to join their Digital team. This role will be wide-ranging and may include tasks such as leading a variety of digital content projects, writing and presenting content strategies, auditing client digital production operations or developing creative concepts as well as directly supporting our clients on a regular basis.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Creation of digital content strategies based on a solid understanding of digital production capabilities and digital platform knowledgeResource planning, project management and milestone tracking, ensuring we are meeting all deadlinesPresenting ideas, campaigns and strategies to stakeholders of all levels of digital maturityAnalysing and interpreting research and stats to detect trends and create strategic and operational recommendations based on that knowledgeWriting client facing reports and presenting key findings to all levels of stakeholders involvedUnderstanding the latest digital trends, and reporting this back to the wider team and clients as to how these can have an impactWorking with all other personnel to develop and achieve the company's overall strategic goals as well as client goalsIdentification of areas of revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention opportunities for IMG clients and delivery of relevant recommendationsBeing an ambassador for IMG, and maintaining a professional approach at all timesOther duties that are within the scope of the role may be required
You Will Have The Following Strengths
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including strong presentation skillsHighly numerate with experience of using spreadsheets to understand data as it relates to content and performanceOrganised, calm under pressure and an ability to meet tight, fixed deadlines (both internal and client)A general understanding of content marketing: research, campaign planning, audience segmentation, profiling and content targetingExperience leading parts, or all, of an organisation's digital operationsExperience using analytics platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook, Twitter)A solid understanding of the techniques of SEO relevant to social media platformsAdvanced user of Microsoft Office, in particular creating PowerPoint presentations and a knowledge of Photoshop
