The Role and What You'll Do:
Day-to-day management of client's Global NFL Partnership rights including asset management, activation, and experiential marketing initiativesLiaison between client's global regions to lead integration and approval process of sponsorship rights in key countriesPlay a significant role in NFL athlete recommendation and procurement for TV campaigns, social/digital campaigns, and general appearancesTake a substantial role in helping lead the day-to-day client planning for key NFL calendar events including NFL Draft, Super Bowl, International gamesManage various annual activation funds and individual event budgetsAssist in the integration of client's product technology for NFL programs and eventsProvide Property expertise, guidance, and insight across NFL and other US Sports landscapeInteract daily with client, the NFL, and all appropriate agencies to support client programmingInteract with and provide day-to-day communication to multiple client contacts along with appropriate agencies, property partners, stakeholders, vendors and any other relevant parties involvedDirect the implementation of materials to support various individual sponsorship initiatives. This will include, but not be limited to managing Property integration, approval of creative elements, preparing marketing activation presentations and materials to be distributed to the clientManage the client-vendor relationships to coordinate necessary activation while leveraging deliverables on behalf of clientWork in conjunction with external properties and internal 160over90 divisions as necessary to develop and implement programs on behalf of business units in connection to client's sponsorship platformsWork across multiple client business units to help achieve sponsorship marketing objectivesProvide oversight and management of activation success metrics, internal tracking documents, weekly updates and annual recapManage the sponsorship audit, sponsorship measurement and return on investment process that the client develops in conjunction with the Agency account teamManage the on-going internal and external process of opening budgets, CRM tracking and providing payments to vendors
You Have These:
Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of 8+ years of property, agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience in the sports and entertainment industries (specific disciplines could include partnership activation, client services, sponsorship/event marketing)NFL League/Team or other sports property experience is highly preferredAthlete management and contract services negotiation highly preferredPrior experience in managing the development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategy and activation on behalf of client or companyPrior experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendorsExperience with on-site event marketing operations and logisticsAbility to think strategically and creativelyAbility to problem-solve independently and in groupsExcellent time management, written and oral communication skillsAccount management experience working with payment companies, finance or retail banking a plusAbility to travel 20% of the time

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$82,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$110,000 annually
