Position Overview
Paysafe is currently seeking a Senior Account Management Executive Core Verticals in North America. We are looking for someone with deep industry connections and experience in the Card Acquiring and Payment industry to join the Paysafe team as an Account Management Executive in North America. The focus will be on specific segments - Travel, Health and Wellness, Subscription, Financial Services and Bill payment. The opportunity will include growing your identified portfolio and cross selling additional Paysafe solutions into our client base. The primary solution offering will be card processing with additional solutions such as White Label Wallets, eCash and other Paysafe solutions for multi-solution client growth. This position will be focused on client overall growth and strategic direction in our primary segments.
Responsibilities
Help maintain the retention strategy across the assigned portfolioEnsure management of clients internal and contractual SLAsGenerating revenue from the existing book of merchants and upsell/cross sell opportunitiesReview detailed data during regular meetings showing trends, growth or deficienciesProactively inform merchants of new products, APIs, payment methods availablePoint of escalation when requiredTrack internally (with company tools) all ongoing requests, issues, projects happening with each of your merchants. Drive to completion.Understand the business model of each client within your portfolioUnderstand payments pricing models and profitability of accountsClear understanding of what attrition is, how it is caused, and how to trackReview contracts with each client within your own portfolio when neededConvey clear information to clients regarding pricing or fee structures, industry rules and regulations, security and compliance matters, product information and best business practicesLead account review meetings, ensuring client is engaged, grows and relationships are strengthenedWork with Technical Support to manage the integration of large clients to the NETBANX platform
Qualifications
Three (3) to five (5) years of Merchant Services Account Management experience2 years payment processing experience strongly preferredBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degreeExceptional interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and prioritization skillsExcellent written/verbal skillsSolution/results orientedHigh level of initiative; motivated; persistent; skilled negotiatorWork well under pressureMS Office SuiteNegotiating with clients and partnersSetting and executing account strategy
