Description: Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking a Industrial Security Representative Associate to join the security team in Grand Prairie TX.
The selected candidate perform duties as a Special Programs Operations Center (SPOC) Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO). As the SPOC CPSO, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include personal, physical, technical and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in Department of Defense Directives and others as applicable.
Duties also include completing Program Access Requests (PAR) and Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQ), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.
Basic Qualifications:
― Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)and DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4.
― Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
― The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
― Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
― Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 6 years
Desired Skills:
― Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance
― Advanced computer skills
― Experience working DoD Special Access Programs
― Ability to work independently when required and be a team player
― Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
― Highly organized and detail oriented.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
