In the role of Analyst, Security & Compliance Customer Trust (SCCT) you will be responsible for working on various Salesforce customer-facing activities ensuring customer (Mainly Japan and Korea based customers) understanding and accepting of our security controls and processes.
Responsibilities
Support the business (Sales, Customer Success, Program Architects and others) by leading all security and regulatory compliance conversations, security workshops and reviews with customers and prospectsSupport the sales and pre-sales teams in responding to customer risk and security questionnaires and queriesSupport customer audits and assessmentsSupport Salesforce Legal, Privacy and other teams on customer contract negotiationsEnsure field sales, services and partner teams are consistently enabled with the latest and best positioning around Salesforce security and complianceWork with other teams within Salesforce such as Product, CSIRT, Infrastructure etc. to build knowledge required to support the regionContribute towards team projects by working together with members within the SCCS teamProvide product/service and security roadmap updates and security and compliance education and training to Sales, CSG teams as well as customers
Experience/Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technology related field or at least 5+ years experience within a Global enterprise environment with a focus on security and compliance across multiple regions (mainly Japan & Korea) Comprehensive knowledge of current risks, security frameworks (ISMS, COBIT5, NIST, etc.), and trends (security, risk management, governance framework, Privacy)(optional) Familiarity with Japan local regulatory standards and requirements, preferably across the Financial Services industry (ISMAP, FISC, PCI, CSA ISO27K GDPR etc)Good organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels and functions( Excellent communication and presentation skills)High level fluency in Japanese and business level English
