　　Leidos, Dynetics Group is seeking a talented Section Manager to lead a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. We have offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

　　If you are an experienced individual who can provide leadership to a multidisciplinary engineering team and address diverse technical challenges for members of the Rapid Integration & Prototyping Department and its customers, WE ARE INTERESTED IN YOU! These challenges include rapid system design, system development, industry-wide trade studies, as well as in-depth flow sim and thermal analysis.

　　You will work with a wide spectrum of personnel including executive leadership, program managers, chief engineers, technical staff, business development, and functional organizations across the Dynetics / Leidos enterprise.

　　Basis Qualifications

　　BA/BS or equivalent experience Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and 5+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 3+ years of prior relevant experience.

　　Candidates with MS in Mechanical Engineering are desired.

　　Must have strong leadership credentials, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong technical background.Must have experience enabling technologies, prototyping, modeling & simulation, analytical tool development, data analysis and reverse engineering.Must have the ability to foster an environment of continuous improvement and problem solving.

　　Must be a resident of North Alabama area or willing to relocate to Huntsville-North Alabama area.

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
