Job Description
An employer in Philadelphia, PA is looking for an Information Technology Specialist to join the team. This specialist will be providing troubleshooting support for customer technical issues onsite. The main responsibilities of the role will be centered around handling 4-11 tickets a day involving issues with laptop, desktop, printer, phone, and other technical equipment in person with the customer, so strong communication skills and a deserve to provide customer service support is necessary. On a day to day they will be doing software installs, hardware refreshes, machine moves, troubleshooting scanners, tablets, and mobile phones. Skills and Requirements
IAT II Certification (Security + CE)-Active Secret Clearance
-Experience installing and upgrading client configurations
-Highschool Diploma
-At least 4 years of related experience in Desktop Support null
