About the Role
Performs or supports a variety of securities-related activities that do not require a law degree, including legal or factual research, document analysis, regulatory citation checking and product support.

We are looking to hire a self-motivated and dedicated Research Analyst to support a variety of securities related activities.
Responsibilities
Deliver research performance assessments* for internal and external customers on time, in scope and with desired quality.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
Able to understand the needs of internal stakeholders to make suggestions for analyses and metrics to drive insights and recommendations.
Able to apply data blending techniques, hygiene checks, implement data quality precautions, use analytics techniques to prepare data for analysis
Data modelling- able to understand and apply statistical analysis
Able to present complex issues in simple and sophisticated insights. Creates clear and insightful visual displays of data through selected tools and analytical packages
Domain/Industry Skills- Understands complex features within discipline, industry, and activity.
Able to effectively lead and manage small/operational analytics projects by structuring work in modular tasks. Understands the complexity of different project tasks and estimating time required for executing tasks.
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Have experience of consulting with stakeholders to understand their needs, propose meaningful insights, and deliver in time, scope and quality.
Have the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages, prioritize and signal challenges early on.
Be a trusted team player
Have experience in the world of research and and understanding of how researchers work is a plus
Have worked with data extraction and modelling
