Seasonal Grain Handlers

　　MULTIPLE LOCATIONS - $15+/hr. DOE

　　Hours vary based on location and will be discussed during the interview.

　　It’s that time of the year!! As Harvest begins, so do several seasonal opportunities in the area!! Several Agricultural businesses in Sheldon and surrounding areas are looking for Seasonal Grain Handlers to join their seasonal teams! These positions work both independently and, on a team, to process product as it enters their facilities. This is a great seasonal opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable agricultural company within the area.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Loads and unloads trucks arriving at and leaving the facility.

　　Clean and sanitize seed boxes, repair as needed.

　　Ensures all outbound loads are loaded properly.

　　Assists with daily movement of grain within facilities, as needed, in preparation for loading.

　　Keeps facilities neat and clean on a daily basis, within defined company and OSHA standards.

　　Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

　　Qualifications:

　　High School diploma, GED or equivalent level of education.

　　Prefer previous manufacturing, mixing, and forklift experience.

　　Ability to work while standing for 10-hour days.

　　Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor climates.

　　Ability to lift up to 60lbs. individually and up to 100lbs as a team throughout the shift.
