Position: Seasonal Assistant Production Manager

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Assistant Production Manager role is an hourly position that will support the Production Manager on individual performances and supervise projects as assigned as part of the operations of the Dance Floor, Lincoln Center's mainstage for Summer for the City 2024 summer festival located on Josie Robertson Plaza.
What you'll get to do here:
Collaborate with the larger Production Management team to ensure day to day projects requiring union, non-union, and/or vendor labor are successful.Onsite coordination from the months of June 2024 through August 2024.Assist the Production Manager with managing IATSE Local 1 crew.Assist in the facilitation with Backline Technician for equipment use between spaces.Ensure compliance with Lincoln Center's policies and safety standards.Cover the various working hours for the operation of the festival, including nights and weekends.
You'll be a fit if you bring:
At least 1 year of verifiable, professional, or educational stage management or production management experience.Strong project management skills with an organized, self-motivated approach and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.An organized, self-motivated approach and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both in person and via email/digital communication mediums.
You'll be a great fit if you bring:
Experience working within an outdoor festival environment.Familiarity with backline and live music performance.Experience managing union labor.
