SEO Specialist, Research & Execution

　　Job Description

　　We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist with a strong focus on research and execution to join our growing SEO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our online presence, increase organic search rankings, and drive high-quality traffic to our websites.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Conduct comprehensive SEO research to identify target keywords, competitor analysis, and industry trendsExecute data-driven SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and content marketingCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and other digital marketing specialists, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to SEO that creates SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and other web copyMonitor, track, and analyze website performance, organic search traffic, and rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to identify trends and areas for improvementProvide regular reports on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic and conversion metricsStay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends to ensure our strategies are always current and effective

　　Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field2-3 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on research and executionStrong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practicesProficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similarExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environmentDetail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusA proactive, self-motivated mindset and a strong desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends

In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our {insert location} office on a weekly basis for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
