Logistics at full potential
As a WMS Process Expert & Scrum Master you will be supporting nine of our EMEA operations for a well-established e-commerce customer. You will be an expert in supporting the team as a Scrum Master, a business/process improvement expert, as well as interface with the customer for collaboration on the requirements. You will be working within an international work environment. For this role WMS experience and Logistics process knowledge is a must.
This role is home based with the ability to access of one of our EMEA locations as below, with occasional travel when required.

You will have the ability to interact with Operations and IT, through to customer. Supporting the product development teams apply the Scrum framework, helping the team monitor performance and resolve issues that hinder the teams' work.
What you do on a typical day
As a Scrum Master Guide team to higher scrum maturity Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that block process
As a process expert Interacts with both Operations and IT, from GXO and from the Customer, to validate the consistency of the requirements and their goals Documents Business Processes (flow charts, value stream maps, etc) Define and specify possible business improvements identified by internal and external customer Keep records of change requests coming from stakeholders Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Help teams implement changes effectively Validate solutions implemented in the test environments Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
What you need to succeed at GXO Experience of working in a similar role within an international environment BSc in Computer Science, Business or similar field is preferred WMS Experience is required and logistics process knowledge is a must. PSM certified Fluent English Familiarity within software development Ideally knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Reflex and WMS Scrum techniques and working in an Agile Development Operations environment would be advantageous. Quickly learn and achieve proficiency in solution delivery processes. Strong aptitude for understanding and analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources. Produce unambiguous, comprehensive, and accurate interpretations. Experience of working within a Logistics or similar industry
