　　S upporting for Microsoft SCOM Administration, Customization and Configuration U nderstanding of MS Windows server administration (Windows Server 2016+ servers) Creation of SCOM dashboards. Administering the Management Packs, Rules, tasks, Monitors, User roles in SCOM console Configuring email notifications. Scheduling and creation of Reports Ensuring that the SQL DB maintain plan runs successfully & SCOM DBs backed up every day. Developing evergreen documents and providing training to the end users Keeping the SCOM environment in the healthy state Creating test cases for monitoring for the management pack rules/monitors and tested it in the test environment before moving the MP to production.
