Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a SCM Deployment Lead.
What you'll do:
Job summary
This role will have Supply Chain Procurement execution responsibility for the Hub and Spoke Strategy implementation projects in the MRO Supplies category for the assigned Clusters. The spend covered will be $44 - 61m covering the Eaton Enterprise consisting of some 36 to 51 locations subject to the assigned Clusters.
Job responsibilities
1. Inventory transition management - burn down and ramp up inventory management linked to the transition and substitution of parts.
2. Coordination of Substitute product testing for production trainsitions
3. Implementation of Consumption Reduction controls and monitoring thru Vending
4. SKU Standardization identification, coordination, testing and implementation
5. Creation of Enovia Part Number and specification attribution
6. Drive Ariba Guided Buying Content Creation
7. Management and oversight of Supplier Innovation ideas ensuring alignment with supplier pipelines and GPS/CODB
8. Monitoring of Warranty Management opportunities
9. Implement a Repair, re-use and recycle program management for Spares
10. Implement a Repair, re-use and recycle program management for Cutting Tools
11. Idendify opportunities for Inventory sharing and E&O optimization of Existing Eaton Inventory and future state shared SKUs
12. Conduct Kiazen and Continuous Cycles of Improvement processes
13. As an enterprise wide resource support Sites Stakeholder Management
14. Participate in the Supplier Relationship Management and business reviews, reporting concerns and issues to the Global Category Owner.
15. GPS Project Maintenance ensuring all projects are tracked and maintained in GPS at a site and program level"

Qualifications:
This position requires minimum a Bachelors degree. Business/Engineering degree is preferred but not a must.
Professional supply chain related certification (e.g. CPM, CPIM)"
At least 3 to 5 years of supply chain experience at a Senior buyer level, previous specific MRO Category Management/Strategic Sourcing Experience is preferred

• Experience in managing multiple tasks
• Must have the ability to lead and manage and influence people within the organization without having direct reporting lines"
