Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing sample inventory for stability, development, GMP testing including handling of highly potent compound
Responsible for coordination of sample shipments to and from the department including handling of highly potent compounds
Responsible for managing storage devices and relevant laboratory equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations
Responsible to managing inventory of common reagents and consumables to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations
Manage sample inventory for stability, development, GMP studies within SAIS inventory system
Prepare and coordinate shipments of samples including hghly potent compounds
Ensure compliance with internal and external shipping procedures to guarantee timely delivery of samples to and from CROs and multiple AbbVie sites
Manage storage devices and relevant laboratory equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations of the testing facilities
Perform regular lab walk-throughs to ensure the common equipment is in good working order and coordinate repairs and maintenance with the engineering group as needed
Manage inventory of common reagents and laboratory consumables to ensure uninterrupted facility operations
Manage preparation of common buffers and media to ensure uniform quality of the critical reagents for analytical methods
Qualifications
BA with 5+ years of experience
Familiarity with export controlled technology requirements
Hands-on experience with handling and shipment of highly potent compounds
Demonstrated communication skills in English
Experience in a cross-functional, global environment, used to work with teams in a matrix
