What are my responsibilities?
Support and provide input to schedule management procedures & and plan, implement the defined procedures & and rules, and ensure that all approved policies and procedures are consistently implemented and administrated throughout the project duration.
Prepare Primavera project schedules and use the P6 tool to extract progress information.
Prepare P6 resource-loaded, and cost-loaded schedules.
Prepare specific time schedules in accordance with the project phases.
Coordinate of the time schedule with the project team, analyze, optimize, and report deviations and points of conflict.
Support the controlling activities to meet target dates in the different technical fields in conjunction with consortium partners and on-site at regular intervals. Preparation of schedule reports, e.g., critical path, and analyses of possible consequences (risks and opportunities). develop mitigation and acceleration measures.
Support the continuous schedule feedback from different project managers’ fields and site staff, collecting relevant schedule data, and evaluating the impact on progress, deadlines, and contractual milestones.
Prepare progress analysis comparing actual progress with the planned schedule and prepare. earned value reports.
Support the forensic analysis of events to support claim defense and claim preparation.
Support the preparation of a comprehensive monthly progress report for the client with the preparation of internal and external time schedule relevant reports, e.g., time schedule deviation analysis, S-curves, variance report, critical path report, resources, etc.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a scheduler in engineering projects and the railway industry.
Strong knowledge of the Primavera P6 tool.
Experience in preparing submissions to meet contractual requirements.
Knowledge of project management principles for project realization and execution
Fluency in written and spoken English.
