The RP&E Scheduling &Forecasting Team Lead provides guidance and subject matter expertise onhow to achieve the desired results through day to day tasks: settingpriorities, timeliness of decisions or actions, planning work, operatingwithin processes and standards, coaching/mentoring on anything relatedto day-to-day work. Provides guidance and feedback tothe individual and manager on improving work skills/efficiencies Theteam lead will provide input and feedback into formal performancemanagement processes The team lead can assist in the growth of softskills and technical skills aligned to competencies of team members.Develop team members knowledge and strengthen business partnerrelationships. Accountable for onboarding new team members and leadingprocess improvement initiatives. Ensure that workforce management teamis providing accurate information/deliverables to business partners.Identify trends in historical/current data to help business partnersachieve business goals. Analyze results and report on deviations fromforecasts, schedules and service levels. Partners with operationalleadership to make recommendations and provide guidance onimplementation of changes as a result Requirements: Bachelor\'s degreein business, a related field or an equivalent combination of educationand progressively responsible work experience.5-7+ years relatedexperience preferably in workforce management operations in a callcenter or blended operations environment Must have a high degree ofpersonal initiative and self-motivation.
