  Job Description:

  As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent candidate experience through the entire interview process. You will be supporting internal and external candidates, Recruiters, hiring managers and interview teams with phone interviews, on-site and virtual interviews. Even though most of the responsibility is interview scheduling, you will also have the opportunity to work on other Talent Acquisition projects as well. You will report to the Scheduling Supervisory as a part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team supporting corporate and internal movement hiring.

  Responsibilities:

  Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through acting as the face of Discover and ensuring a seamless interview experience.Coordinates and schedules interviews for candidates and interview teams utilizing Outlook calendaring.Schedule debrief conversation for the Recruiter and interview team to collect interview feedback.Serve as candidate's primary contact when logistical questions arise throughout the interview process.Book travel such as flights, hotel, and transportation for on-site interviews.Process and submit expense reports for accounts payable to pay for the flights, hotel, transportation, and candidate reimbursements.Guide candidates on how to submit their out-of-pocket expenses such as meals and/or transportation.Ensure clear communication to candidate, recruiter, hiring manager and interview teams for all interviews and any associated changes or updates. Escalate declined interviews and scheduling conflicts to the Recruiter and Hiring Manager for resolution.Manage your individual scheduling capacity and know when to escalate to the team and supervisor for help.Respond in a professional and efficient manner to inquiries from candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview teams.

  Minimum Qualifications

  At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  High School Diploma or GED

  Bonus Points If You Have

  Prior scheduling, administrative or coordination experience.Strong communication skills both written and oralCustomer service orientated.Quick problem-solving skills.Excellent time management and prioritization.High degree of accuracy, being organized and detail orientated.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a new process.Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experienceTechnical experience with Outlook, MS Teams, and ExcelWorkday Recruiting experienceProcessing travel expenses with SAP/Concur Travel and Expenses

  Compensation:

  The base pay for this position generally ranges between $26.63 to $37.29. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
