Job Description
The Adobe for Education K12 Institutions team helps schools and districts empower all students to be lifelong creators. We focus on driving proliferation and active use of Adobe tools within the K12 classroom and throughout the institution. From web-based creativity tools such as Adobe Express, to industry-standard tools that prepare students for the creative economy like Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, to administrative-facing productivity tools like Adobe Acrobat, the K12 team is committed to transforming educational institutions across the country. Job Summary:
As the Scaled Solutions Manager for K12 at Adobe, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach across thousands of US K12 School Districts. You will develop and implement scalable processes and strategies to drive the adoption of our tools across the education sector. This role combines your expertise in communication, sales operations, marketing technology (MarTech), leadership, and customer-facing sales experience to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Scaling: Develop and execute scalable communication strategies to engage with thousands of K12 School Districts efficiently Automation and Operational Excellence: Utilize MarTech and other automated systems to identify and reach the right audience, ensuring targeted and effective communication Database Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of contacts within districts to facilitate outreach efforts Team Collaboration: Align cross-functionally with a team of professionals to execute the scaled communication strategy effectively, including technical sales assistance to ensure seamless transitions from engagement to adoption Support Growth Efforts: Work closely with the field team to support human-led growth efforts, leveraging feedback from the field team to enhance scaled customer engagement, and the effectiveness of our messaging to additional customers Collaboration: Collaborate with internal support teams to enhance the customer experience, including writing FAQ documents and improving self-support tools on external support channels Adoption Driver: Drive the adoption of our tools and services across US School Districts, with a focus on achieving scalable growth Data Analysis: Analyze data to assess the impact of applied communication strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations
The ideal candidate will have:
8-10+ years experience in scaled communication efforts, particularly in a B2B or educational contextFamiliarity with marketing technology and automated communication systemsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within an organizationExperience in the education sector or EdTech industry a plusExperience using data to get results with customers and accountsExceptional, clear and conscientious communication and presentation skillsStrong work ethic, combining bias toward action with innovative thinking
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $134,800 -- $241,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
