Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Scaled Agile Program Consultant IV , in the Glen Burnie, MD area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security.
The Scaled Agile Program Consultant IV is the certified SME who implements Scaled Agile Framework principles and practices throughout the planning and delivery of software development services and environments. They use their knowledge of Scaled Agile methodology to improve associated services and Agile business processes. They promulgate a lean-Agile mindset and coach the enterprise to achieve success through Scaled Agile.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leading and communicating implementation of Scaled Agile through training, facilitating value stream mapping, establishing Kanban systems, tracking flow metrics, and sustaining change
Finding opportunities to apply Scaled Agile patterns of agility throughout the enterprise to foster new areas of transformation
The Scaled Agile Program Consultant IV makes sure that proven Agile methodologies are followed throughout all stages of software build
Interact with Scaled Agile Process Analyst III
Supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.
Experience/Education:
12 years+ related experience required
A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.
Prior performance as an SME
Certifications:
7 years of position-specific relevant experience. DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification. Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
DESIRED CERTIFICATION: SAFe 6 Release Train Engineer (RTE) and a SAFe 6 Program Consultant (SPC) certifications. Bachelor's degree in Software Development. 5 years in an Agile development environment.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
