In SAP technology at PwC, you will specialise in utilising and managing SAP software and solutions within an organisation. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

Leading the overall delivery of complex Global S/4HANA Migration programs, including completion of deliverables outlined in signed statement(s) of work;
Evangelizing S/4HANA and Cloud, focusing on developing and growing our Migration COE;
Demonstrating proven experience in leading assessment and defining Migration Strategy (Greenfield vs Brownfield vs hybrid Selective Data Transition (SDT) approaches for clients;
Leading multiple full lifecycle (4) SAP S/4HANA migrations, including ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield System conversion, and Selective Data Transition (SDT) migrations;
Architecting with SAP RISE and IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
Staying ahead of SAP and Cloud trends, leveraging innovative solutions to drive client business transformation;
Developing market differentiating Solutions, Tools, and Accelerators in the space of S/4HANA Cloud Migration and Cloud deployment;
Demonstrating proven business development skills, including leading RFP responses and engaging with C-suite stakeholders;
Mentoring and managing high-performing SAP teams, fostering a positive work environment, monitoring workloads, balancing client expectations, and maintaining work-life quality for team members;
Communicating complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and leading development efforts;
Contributing to the development of the SAP Technology Practice, building expertise and thought leadership around SAP Solutions and offerings;
Leading teams with the utmost professionalism, ensuring ethical conduct, integrity, and respect in all interactions;
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to develop their skills and pursue professional growth; and,
Demonstrating strong decision-making skills, providing clear guidance and direction to the team while fostering a collaborative environment.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
