Work You'll Do
Use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR Reporting today and guide them to realize value out of HR data
Provide support in defining requirements, developing technical specifications, conducting data flow analysis, and performing/documenting unit testing for report development
Ability to document and develop technical design documents with the appropriate templates
Functional knowledge to develop reporting in SAP SF modules
Hands-on experience with SF People Analytics tools (Story, Canvas, Tiles, and Dashboard Reports)
Ability to analyze standard out of the box reports to map to legacy reports and develop custom reports
Ability to guide costumers on KPIs and develop meaningful insights
Conduct requirements and design session with stakeholders

We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
Qualifications:
Required -
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Total 4+ years of experience working in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics tools
At least 1 year in Story(embedded) reporting
2+ years of experience leading SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics workstream
Experience in 2-3 full cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
Experience working with project leadership/client to provide workstream status per cadence
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve*
Must be able to be in your designated office or project location 10%-30% over the course of the year
No Sponsorship- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Preferred -
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
Knowledge of Agile delivery preferred
Experience with SAP SF Workforce Analytics (WFA) or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Experience in working with State/Federal clients
