We are seeking a tools team architect to support our massive enterprise transformation program - the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT).

The PGT Methods and Tools Team member will be accountable for developing and executing against the PGT Methods and Tools strategy and will also have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies. These will include but not limited to SAP Fiori, CDS Views, ODATA and SAP Security for Solution Manager.
The role will also lead & deliver solution architecture and technical support ongoing enhancements and future strategies. This role involves taking strategic design decisions to ensure solutions are reusable and can be leveraged across sectors.
This role involves technical thought leadership and also partner with other IT orgs (such as I&O, CTO, DevSecOps, etc.) to deliver projects from pursuit/estimation to deployment/Hypercare. This role involves defining design guidelines and best practices for SAP Technologies
In addition to being part of the team delivering value to deployments and DevSecOps, you will have opportunities to work with Global stakeholders (including Global PMO) on a Global program (PGT) while being part of a dynamic, growing team in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for the usage of CDT tool
Provide inputs to PGT SAP S/4 ecosystem development standards and improvements to our QA and governance processes
Design or modify systems architecture to meet PGT business / stakeholders needs or concerns
Interface with the business community and provide ongoing status reports;
Monitor compliance and related enterprise guidance to determine impact on PGT architecture;
Monitor emerging industry standards to determine impact on enterprise architecture;
Developing and providing PGT Methods and Tools technical training for the PGT Global Team, Deployment Teams and key stakeholders
Participation into the Global Architecture governance process;
Support the PGT PMO and delivery functions with technical expertise;
Translate business and technology requirements into a functional and economical solution architecture solutions.
Qualifications
Years of experience:
7-10+ years of overall IT experiences
Minimum 3+ years SAP Solution Manager
Minimum 5+ years SAP Architect Experience
Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience
Mandatory Tech skiils:
Bachelor's degree required
SAP Certificates and/or PMP Certification are a plus
Minimum 3+ years SAP Solution Manager
Minimum 5+ years SAP Architect Experience
Ability to analyze project, program and portfolio needs;
Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence;
Manage 3rd party dependencies related to SAP environment;
Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP CharM, ITIL tools & processes, ARIS Process Modeling

Requires excellent English communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation
