Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Supply Chain Business Support Analyst role will play a critical part of the Pepsico Global Template Site Deployment for PBNA, providing Hypercare support. The foundation of this role will require tactical real time/remote support for post go-live activities, support training change management activities and proactively look for future system concerns and adjustments due to deployment. The ideal candidate will provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within manufacturing and warehouse operations, inventory management, production, and quality. Success in this role will depend upon a candidate who can be a results-oriented "change agent" who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project. This role will partner extensively across the organization with the larger PBNA ERP project team, baseline business leaders, IT organization, Global Template Team and with the various external partners on the project (IBM and SAP).
Your Impact
As SC Business Support Analyst your functions would consist of
Support Deployment & Lead post go-live support - assisting sites with Business Processes, training, transactions, troubleshootingAssist with creating and updating Troubleshooting GuidesPull KPI data for sites in HypercareProvide Field Location Leaders with ad-hoc support as needed, and periodic updates on process improvement opportunitiesProduce project deliverables and ensure overall quality - includes Design/Build, Configure/Test, & DeploymentSupport and Improve end user trainingSupport super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing) Support adoption and change management, implementing process improvement to drive application sustainability.Identify S4/EWM gaps vs PBNA requirements, propose solutions, and develop action plans.Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA ERP Project LeadershipReach out to external consultants (Subject Matter Experts) and baseline team members for advice, guidance, and assistance

English: Advanced (non negotiable)Bachelor's degree in Business/Control/Operations/Warehouse/ManufacturingPrevious experience in IT support1 year experience in operations, warehouse, manufacturing. Warehouse management systems SAP (Desirable)Excel: Advanced (non negotiable)Ability to work within strict deadlines, learn new processes quickly, work effectively with a team and adapt to constantly evolving work responsibilitiesMust have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactivelyExceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requestsAbility to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customersAdvanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)Strong passion for customer service Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customersStrong team player and committed to teamwork in all situationsDemonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
