Intel is in the midst of a transformational journey to deliver on its ambitious IDM 2.0 strategy which includes significant manufacturing expansions and the creation of a foundry to serve internal and external customers. To support the IDM 2.0 strategy, Intel is embarking on a transformative ERP project. To support this critical initiative, the Supply Chain Enabling Solutions team is seeking a dynamic and driven business analyst with deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and ERP systems with source, factory, direct materials or outsource domain experience.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Lead and manage the SAP S4 P2P solution design especially with production order with service PO in a fabless semiconductor environment.Collaborate with-in the team and across Manufacturing Supply Chain Organization, Corporate Planning Capabilities, and Information Technology teams.Responsible for industry best practice business architecture for both fabless and semiconductor manufacturing environment.Work closely with business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design and deliver capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes.Design and Manage the Supplier Collaboration (Contract Manufacturer's WIP) with S/4 Production Orders.Responsible for business design of end-to-end production order execution automation through the contract manufacturer's B2B feed.Design and manage the MRP engines in S/4 ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (ASP)Review the functional design document provided by SI (System Integrator) in the transformation program and provide the necessary feedback.Assist in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance TestingAssist in end user training documentation and act as super user where necessary.Quickly build and maintain a trusted relationship with IT tower leads, business partners to understand challenges and needs IAO transformation.Support a multi-year tool and business architecture roadmap, anticipating needs capability requirements.Identify metrics to ensure we are delivering innovative, high value, efficient business process and services.Ensure high quality delivery methodology, leveraging SAFE, Agile and Scrum principals.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or Software Development, or Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain or any other related field.
10+ years of experience in the below:
Experience in designing business process, business solutions across Procure 2 Pay.Relevant business architecting experience in larger transformations.Deep functional expertise - architecting and modeling of complex semi-conductor in both foundry, packaging services, and end to end contract manufacturing.Experience and designing business solutions using SAP, BlueYonder (formerly known as i2/JDA), E2Open or similar software platforms.Delivering business results using Agile/SCRUM/SAFe framework.Designing and deploying solutions for Supply Chain Execution in semiconductor manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in computer science, or Software Development, or Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain or any other related field.Exposure to S/4 HANA, S/4 MDG, GTS, BlueYonder IBP/ESP.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $131,841.00-$210,951.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
