This position will be located in our Bangalore center of excellence.
How will you make an impact?
The FICO systems analyst will take on the task of assessment, costing, determination of scope and effort estimation for SAP projects and enhancements and collaborate with other team members, offshore and external vendors to ensure that we successfully deliver system and process improvements, provide support and handle break-fixes.
What will you do?
Assessment/blueprinting of system enhancements and larger-scale projects ensuring solutions meet or exceed business value propositions and meet architectural policies.Effective and efficient delivery of all functional SAP Project Execution activity to make sure that we deliver it in a consistent, harmonized and optimal manner within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF)On time delivery of functional aspects of Enhancement and Project assessment requests and blueprintingPrompt delivery, quality and cost effectiveness of functional features within Enhancements and ProjectsDelivery and support of incident/break/fix and production supportEffectively build and maintain relationships with internal business partnersWork with various internal and external vendor teams to deliver Change Requests within established SLA'sCollaborate with SAP Functional Leads - Project Execution to support delivery of a seamless global project execution model. Gather and effectively use data to deliver continuous improvementProactively take part in project and enhancement reviews, maintain SLAsPartner with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirementsAble to articulate solution options and using SAP configuration creatively versus developing enhancementsPrepare functional specifications for conversions and enhancementsCoordinate with development team and check the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teamsProvide and support user training where appropriateCoordinate with Power/Super Users in resolving issues that arises during user trainingHelp in the management of Root Cause Analysis for service delivery issuesActively participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and Post-Mortem Reviews
How will you get here?
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable.
Experience
Minimum of 2-4 years of SAP project implementation/management experience2-4 years of demonstrated ability in a similarly complex technical organizationDemonstrated experience with project management/delivery / ITIL in a regulated environment
Tool & Technology Skills
S4 Hana implementation experience is an advantageAgile DevOps experience is an advantage
