About SAP Application Support Leader

  Responsible for overall SAP Applications Support for Garrett in key enterprise process (order to Cash/idea to product / Account to report / hire to retire etc). The individual for this role needs to be able to build strong relationship with the relevant Business partners, Project managers, and our Users. Individual will work also with business users, quality assurance teams and application development teams to ensure that IT solutions are supported right and fast, on SAP platforms and related Systems. Management of External Partner Team of SAP support consultants.

  • Supports the SAP break fix and process optimization and development of efficient Enterprise Process management and provide effective solutioning in SAP and Other Platforms and related expertise;

  • Supports Business leaders to define requirements and assist with Process Improvement in their respective areas liaise with Process Experts / Enterprise Architects and Master Data leader to ensure consistent solutions are adopted;

  • Work with global project teams to deliver effective methodologies from Business Case to Post mortem review / lesson Learnt.

  • Lead and Manage Team of external SAP supports experts Manage the resolution of Incidents and service.

  • Develop support process procedure and related performance measurement (KPIs) Manage service Level • Ensure SAP Team is trained at the right level, maintain knowledge management and problem management records at the appropriate level.

  • Collaborate with SAP COE team and other team to ensure KT from implementation projects.

  • Assure SAP solutions deployed in the business remain compliant with SOX and SOD rules

  • Work closely with internal and external partners and participate to Support knowledge transfer, Hypercare activities.

  • Propose continuous improvement in the SAP processes, foster the implementation of solutions across sites.

  Qualification: -

  5+ years as a functional expert, Support organization

  Experience: -

  SAP Order to Cash / account to report / and other key process knowledge;

  Automotive knowledge. Experience in Agile Project delivery; Strong leadership skills. Experience in managing suppliers and extended Project Teams Outsourcing. Ability to work under Pressure and meet deadline.

  Key Skills and Knowledge: -

  Excellent interpersonal skills, as well excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences. Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking. Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
