We are in search of a Senior Salesforce Data Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be key in developing end-to-end data migration solutions. Whether you prefer an Employment Contract or a B2B arrangement, we're flexible. Your expertise will be crucial in handling data from legacy systems and integrating it into Salesforce, ensuring the application of best practices in data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

As a Senior Salesforce Data Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of data migration using tools like Talend. Your role involves retrieving, cleaning, transforming, and loading data into Salesforce systems. You'll actively participate in planning and analysis, applying best practices for data migration. High-quality documentation and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Develop end-to-end migration solutions using designated tools, such as Talend
Handle data retrieval, cleansing, transformation, and loading into Salesforce
Participate in planning and analysis for data migration projects
Undertake data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment operations
Create high-quality documentation of the migration process
Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues
WHAT YOU HAVE
Solid understanding of data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation
Good knowledge of the Salesforce Platform
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Deep understanding of database fundamentals and data modeling
Proficiency in SQL
Familiarity with at least one ETL tool
Capability to plan, execute, and document data migration processes
Experience handling large datasets
Effective communication skills in English
NICE TO HAVE
Experience in cloud-focused architecture
Skills in Salesforce query performance tuning
Understanding of data governance, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts
Ability to automate tasks and write scripts in languages like Node.js, Java, PHP, Python, etc
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL
Experience with Talend or Mulesoft
