About Sales Zone Leader - Southern Europe

  What you'll do:

  The Sales Zone Leader is responsible for ensuring that Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) business meets the agreed budget targets for sales growth and cost in the Southern Europe Zone whilst applying Eaton's standard work practices as defined by the Eaton Business System. To ensure alignment with key stakeholders within the region, ensure clear GTM strategy is defined, communicated and rolled out within region.

  Ensuring team development to retain and attract talent whilst delivery high performing results.Identify, coach, motivate and lead the team to service Regional Customers by Product Line & ChannelAccountable for defining and achieving profit plan sales in defined ZoneAccountable for orders forecasting by Zone, Country and Product LineAchieve outgrowth targets as defined by the organization Own and execute the Go to Market (GTM) strategy for the defined Zone Interface and work with global account team to execute growth initiatives within your zoneManage and execute the Commercial policy for EMEA within ZoneLeverage internal business partners to support the ZoneLead change initiatives effectively ensuring on-going communication with all stakeholdersDevelop and implement world-class sales organization and processesResponsible for ensuring a reliable forecasting and clear reporting for the region

  Qualifications:

  University, Post university degree in Business or Technical areaExperience in a similar role in the Energy Industries preferably as part of a multi-national organization organized under a matrix structureExperience in a diverse organization operating in a highly regulated industry involving the negotiation and management of long-term, fixed-price and performance-based contractsProven capability to form strong customer relationships and win/retain high-value commercial contracts

  Skills:

  Strong leadership skills requiredExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate across different cultures / geographic regionsAbility to write and execute strategic sales plans and effective sales proposalsAbility to manage and develop a teamAbility to solve problems quickly and effectivelyAbility to utilize creative skills effectivelyAdvanced written and verbal communication skills, inclusive of customer and management presentationsGood understanding of operating within the legal requirements being compliant with local rules and regulations
