You will be responsible for driving successful execution of COMMERCIAL training material through coaching and development of field sales teams. You will be also responsible for continuous improvement and bringing new ideas, tools reflecting dynamic growth, evolution of needs of TMTT Business Unit.
Candidate / job locations: France, Spain, Italy. Travelling across Europe will be requested.

How you will make an impact:
Design and deliver commercial training programs in line with business needs/objectives that help us to address customer and patient needs
Support or lead the design of content for core curriculum in collaboration with respective subject matter experts
Uses assessments to determine knowledge or skills gaps
Develop, coach, and support new and established field members to ensure commercial success
Produce training reports and/or recommendations to improve skills or develop competencies
Measure effectiveness of programs through field feedback; post training surveys and other defined metrics
Collaborate with management to ensure training objectives are aligned with strategic imperatives and support the commercial training strategy
Maintains connection with sales people and keeps up to date with customer needs evolution
Keep updated with the knowledge and skills on effective adult training techniques and advise field deployment methods depending on content and learning objectives (e.g. Digital training – Self-learning / Instructor led / Coaching)
What you'll need (Required):
Minimum bachelor degree level with 6-10 years work experience
Fluency in English is must have; French OR Spanish OR Italian is a must have
PROVED SALES experience in fields: interventional cardiology very preferred, we welcome candidates also from similar, complex device fields (cardiology, vascular, neuro, orthopedics, etc.) OR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in conducting SALES / COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE TRAINING and/or COACHING (here, field not playing a role)
Previous sales and/or marketing experience requested
Ability to travel frequently
