About Sales Support / Customer Care Officer

  We're looking for a Sales Support / Customer Care Officer to join our Signify team in Adelaide.

  As a Sales Support / Customer Care team member you'll be responsible for all aspects of customer service, including phone/email enquiries, order entry, and project management for our South Australian and Northern Territory regions.

  What you'll do Supporting Sales professionals in responding to customer demands and requests.Day to day sales order processing & managing customer enquiries.Project Management (estimating & expediting).Supporting interstate colleagues when required.Your qualifications Your qualifications / experienceCustomer facing experience (sales desk or call center).Order management experience is an advantage.Office suite skills, in Outlook, Excel.SAP experience a bonus, but not essential.Experience in a similar field of technology would be advantageous.The desire to learn and grow in a multinational organisation.Our candidate profile is just a guide.
