About the role
As a Sales Support Administrator you will Opportunity to Order function within the Siemens DI SW Organization. This role will apply the Opportunity to Order (O2O) understanding with specific knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex and varied tasks. The role will typically operate under supervision, however, will perform his/her tasks independently in the areas of quote creation, proposal generation, order packet validation, process and tools, global policies, pricing agreements, sales forecasting and tracking as well as Partners.
Area of Responsibility
Supporting the Account Teams in the selling process through quoting (direct sales) and proposal creation and to ensure all requirements for order submission are fulfilled and all documents needed in place.
Being responsible for the creation of contracts. This also includes facilitation of the contract and legal bidding document approval as needed.
You will be involved in in the Partner onboarding, termination process and reseller agreements giving support to the Chanel team.
Assisting in local deployment including notification and guidance to local internal users and partners
Booking travel and assisting the sales team in room booking for courses and meetings.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise with orders.
Assist in onboarding of new sales team members.
Your Qualifications Experience
University degree level standard or relevant extended industrial relevant experience
Experienced in an Opportunity to Order role.
Experience achieved in a multi-national company environment.
Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for international sites
