The Sales Support Administrator I provides administrative support to internal sales customer. This role partners closely with sales operations, sales and service team members to drive greater efficiencies with processes, reporting, tools, and to improve service and sales productivity. They also assist as first level support on team reports and data analysis.
Accountabilities:
Consistently perform core and general order fulfillment tasks including, but not limited to, entering orders for Lexis Nexis products and providing professional communication with internal and external customers
Assist with the processing of orders from initial review to invoicing. This includes, but is not limited to, basic order functions including order review, account creation, order processing in accordance with established business rules
Effectively communicate with internal customers (i.e. Sales, Credit and Collection, Customer Service, Billing and Invoicing Accounts Receivable, etc.) fostering collaborative relationships among different teams
Maintain existing reports and deliver simple reports based on the requirements of the supported segment.
Familiarity with basic functions for MS Word and MS Excel (formatting, formulas, pivot, short-cuts) and MS Access.
Translate strategic plans, sales org and territory designs into physical account assignments and other dependent systems/processes.
Analyzes and generates reports; makes recommendations as he sees effective for better customer experience as requested
Understand how reports flow into various systems and how different tools/systems impact account assignments
Adhoc Tasks initiated by REPH and BU
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Back-office role (Order Fulfillment, Billing, Reporting)
Bachelor’s degree Holder
Intermediate in using MS Office applications
Experience in reporting – extracted in SQL, pulling up data
Critical and analytical thinker
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge on continuous improvement (project initiated, certification)
Has a team player mindset with innovative ideas and strong attention to detail
Knowledge in SQL is a plus

Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month
Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
