ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Sr. Analyst to help support our Sales Cloud GTM Strategy & Operations team. This person, in conjunction with the team, will help drive strategic planning, sales strategy and strong operational cadences to achieve our quarterly objectives, provide outstanding business insights and lead cross-functional transformational initiatives. Sample strategic projects include developing recommendations on go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, sales coverage, and investment prioritization. Operationally, the focus will be on forecasting, market sizing, growth trend analysis, sales pipeline analysis, business performance tracking, and formulation of actionable recommendations based on these. The ideal candidate will be a team player, data-driven and intrinsically motivated to help improve processes within the business. Building trusted relationships with senior executive stakeholders is also critical to success.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with their manager & Sales Cloud product executives (e.g., GM, COO) on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, GTM execution and other key projects
Become deeply knowledgeable across the Sales Cloud portfolio, performing thorough data analysis to support and progress key business decisions.
Partner with leadership to develop, implement and track quarterly business plans, including actionable recommendations.
Support the annual Go-To-Market planning cycle for Sales Cloud, driving alignment across key cross-functional stakeholders.
Interact with various cross-functional groups at senior levels (e.g. Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Business Operations, M&A, etc.) to bring business insights, support large projects and drive execution.
Build tools and infrastructure that can be used by the whole Cloud GTM team to perform data analyses.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
2+ years at a high-growth tech company in a strategic sales/business operations role or at a top management consulting company with strong exposure to Go-To-Market/Product Strategy assignments.
Strong data & analytical skills. High degree of comfort running complex analyses and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling narratives in PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations.
Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations.
Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives, crafting the messages for sales and product leadership.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment (sense of urgency, ability to adjust on the fly to unplanned situations).
Ability to creatively tackle problems with limited resources and input. Ability to support complex cross-functional processes and projects.
Ability to perform complex data analyses including using SQL and Tableau, and build automated dashboards and toolsets.
BS/BA required or equivalent relevant experience. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $88,100 to $153,700.
For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $80,700 to $140,900.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $88,100 to $153,700.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
