Overview
Edwards Lifesciences Prague is looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst who will be supporting the EEMEAC Commercial Organization by deploying new systems tailored to the business needs. She/He will be responsible for the standardization, automation and digitalization of our commercial processes. Our new colleague will solve business problems and/or maximize opportunities while understanding business needs, requirements, and current processes; and design new and improve current business processes.

You will make an impact by:
Assessing business needs of assigned functional area; recommending improvements and streamlining processes and data managementDeveloping functional business requirements and articulating system functionality and featuresTranslating the needs of business into functional requirementsPerforming root cause analysis and troubleshooting business processes including testing and researching data integrity/accuracyIdentifying metrics and reports needed to measure process effectiveness and efficienciesCollaborating with team members in the development/developing training materials and materials for managing Organizational Change, streamlining transition and improving adoptionTesting and validating processes and systems to ensure adherence to functional requirementsDocumenting process flows, business and functional requirements, use cases, test scripts/results and software validation documentsCollaborating with team members on process mapping and requirements gathering sessionsTraining users on new processes, workflows, and/or systemsOther incidental duties
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 2 - 5 years of related experience required (Data Analyst or similar)Fluent English requiredExcellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required (Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau and similar is nice to have)Experience working in complex, matrixed and global business environmentGreat written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skillsModerate understanding and knowledge of requirement solicitation and consulting practices, process mapping, project management principles, and software development lifecycleAbility to adapt to new technologies and a rapidly changing environmentAbility to interact professionally with all organizational levels (Directors, VPs...) and different culturesGood problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills, presentation skillsStrict attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, team player
