Minimum qualifications:
10 years of experience supporting teams in technology and Public Sectors within Sales Operations and management consulting.
8 years of experience working in Sales Strategy and Operations partnering with Field Sales.
Experience with partner management, cross-functional teams, and leading operational initiatives.
Experience with technical aspects of cloud computing infrastructure and enterprise IT deployments.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
Experience supporting partner leadership to the distributors, integrated software vendors, and systems integrators.
Experience supporting customer engineering leadership and specialty sales growth strategy initiatives.
Experience in Sales Operations and data-driven problem solving.
As the Sales Strategy and Operations Manager in Partner, Customer Engineering and Specialty Sales, you will be a highly visible leader and critical thought partner for the Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership team, responsible for developing and executing on strategic and operational initiatives in support of the GTM organization.
You'll support day-to-day and strategic operational efforts for the Partner, Customer Engineering (CE), and Specialty Sales organizations. Additionally, you will partner with Sales Leadership in formulating overall sub-regional strategy to achieve the business and business goals, and drive operational excellence through to the field-level: monitoring forecast accuracy, pipeline health/hygiene, rhythm of the business, support to GTM on process, policy, and systems. You’ll lead forecasting calls, reporting, and insights for the leadership team in order to accelerate business growth.
In this role, you will partner with Customer Engineering and Sales leadership to operationalize the Solutions strategy, becoming an integral part of the team as a trusted advisor of the organization, and work with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of key business goals. You will structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
