Job Description Primary Function of Position:
As a Sales Strategy Analyst II you will work closely with our commercial organization to analyze complex business problems to provide strategic, data-driven guidance that enables growth. Specifically, this position will partner with the sales and marketing teams that support our US Capital business by providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive adoption of Intuitive technology. In addition, you will develop, monitor, and report on key performance metrics and indicators related to the US Capital business. This is a highly analytical role requiring the manipulation of large data sets, a keen understanding of business concepts, and the ability to develop meaningful relationships with multiple executive business partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems to provide commercial insights to executive leadershipServe as an internal consultant and support for our US Capital commercial team (primarily our Area Sales Directors and Area Sales Managers) providing data and analytics to help drive the businessIdentify opportunities to improve internal processes to maximize efficiency and drive additional value to commercial leadership and the broader organizationDevelop resources such as reporting dashboards that highlight opportunities and enable our commercial team to be more effectiveSupport the execution of recurring quarterly deliverables such as executive reporting packages, sales performance reports, and dashboard/tool updates Qualifications Skill / Job Requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically through complexityAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentHighly organized with an ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrentlyExcellent written and oral communication with a dedicated customer orientationProficiency with data visualization tools and data querying (Tableau & SQL preferred)Minimum Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, sales operations, consulting, sales strategy, business operations, or a similar analytical roleMust be able/willing to work onsite 3 days in our Peachtree Corners office Additional Information
