Job Description
We challenge you as a MR (Magnetic Resonance) Sales Specialist to join our Diagnostic Imaging Sales team. You will lead or facilitate MR product presentations and Philips message in a variety of settings: customer demo/presentations, clinical site visits, trade shows and 'road shows'. You will use your strong clinical acumen and partner with our sales teams to analyze customer equipment and workflow requirements and then deliver sales trainings and customer presentations for national accounts that align with these requirements.
Your role:Being the knowledge expert on product, who supports Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.Participates in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelinesWorking together with Ams (Account Managers), the sales specialists informs and recommends to customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.Assists AMs with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation.Partners with Marketing to with input on sales tools, pricing issues and competitive threats which enable Marketing to best support the Specialists and provide input to the business. Monitor competition and changes in the industry, and provides effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.This role is based in the Rocky Mountain region. Candidates must live within the region and be willing to travel 70% of the time.You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 5+ years of experience in equipment sales, marketing, or clinical education of MRYour skills include problem solving in a demanding environment, setting priorities, independently making decisions and resolving conflict.You have an AART or advanced certification. Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $178,250 to $215,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
