HOW WE IMPACT PATIENTS
As Sales Representative Hematology you will be asked to provide scientific content on the product and the disease and support HCP's (Health Care Professionals) to improve their impact with our medicines on patients and society. You will be the key person to drive a better customer experience, which should indirectly lead to better patient care and outcomes.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
This role is a Commercial function - Field Based (North of Belgium)
Focused on providing educational & scientific content to create better customer experienceAct as a trusted partner and supporting HCPs (hematologists, nurses, onco-pharmacists)Support achievement of improved patient outcomes through education and servicesFacilitate the exchange of clinical experiences between HCPs.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
Drive engagement with HCPs on educational & scientific contentKnowledgeable of customer preferences for content and communication channels (hybrid (in-person and virtual) customer facing activities)Active member of the XFT (Cross-functional team) to proactively share the customer insights and to co-shape the customer strategy and tacticsImplement projects to improve patient care and outcomesComply and adhere to legal, compliance and financial policies, relevant procedures and agreed timelines of the organisation
WHAT WE EXPECT
Bachelor's or master degree in science, Health Science or BusinessDutch (C2), English and French (C1)8+ years pharmaceutical or relevant experience with Belgian marketPrior knowledge and experience within hematology or oncology is a plusHighly autonomous working style, thinking strategically and innovativelyUnderstands trends in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, digital tools, and competitive dynamics in Belgium
