Responsibilities
Achieve targets in orders received within the company pricing and discount policy
Develop and expand a strong customer basis for the Stryker product lines -through:
Building strong and personal relationships with key surgeons, residents, OR and Purchasing staffDelivering top service to win customersCommunication Stryker's high quality and innovative productsBuilding Stryker's level of service towards the customer or future customer, through:Act as a reliable, thrust worthy, always reachable partner in business for every contact inside the hospitalUser group instructions and training on product use and surgical techniqueUpdate contact in hospitals on new developmentsFollow up all communication between hospital staff and Stryker staffFrequent business evaluation contactsGive technical advice in the OR
Set up, execute and continuously update Territory Management Plan for:
New customer targeting and prospecting (Account Development Plan)Demonstrations/ workshopsSales Projects with new customersFollow up / service actionsClosing projects / ordersGood appointment planning.Responsible for the consignments and profitability in the territory
Miscellaneous actions:
Active participation in all business meetings, sales meeting, regional sales meetings, product training, etc.Active participation during exhibitions, seminars, congresses, symposia, etc.Initiate all necessary actions to improve his/her and Stryker's performance by initiating education and training and invest in literature studies.Continuous focus on cost management
Support other sales team members during acquisition actions of other Stryker products to increase synergy within the sales force.

Written reports to the Sales Manager:
Monthly highlightsMonthly projection for orders to receiveMonthly update of the Account Development PlanMonthly update of new projects in to Nexus/ CRM system
Performance Parameters
Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly budgetsTimely reporting to Sales ManagerNumber of acquisitions per week% of Market Share

Competencies
Minimum HBO levelParamedic background is an advantageMinimum 2-3 years sales experienceProfessional presentation skillsLanguages: Dutch, native and English, fluent
