Effective Communication: Solar Sales require clear communication. Our Sales Reps should be able to explain complex technical information in a way that is easily understood.
Persistence: Sales can be challenging; rejection is a common part of the job. Persistence is key to overcoming obstacles and turning potential challenges into opportunities.
Adaptability: The solar industry is dynamic and subject to changes in technology, regulations, and market conditions. Sales Reps should be adaptable and able to stay informed about industry developments.
Integrity and Trustworthiness: Building trust with customers is essential. Salespeople should be honest and transparent about the benefits and potential limitations of solar solutions. Trust is crucial for long-term customer relationships.
Goal-oriented: Setting and working towards sales targets is a common aspect of the job. A goal-oriented mindset helps Sales Reps stay focused and motivated to achieve their goals inside and outside of work.
Position Summary:
You'll be responsible for managing the entire sales process from start to finish, supported by the best Customer Service, Operations, and Installation Teams in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Traveling to potential customer homes to present our cost and energy-saving solar systems.
Top performers will be provided access to warm leads to maximize earning potential.
Leverage personal network, social media, and door-knocking efforts to create sales opportunities.
Educating potential customers on the benefits of solar with personalized proposals.
Personalized follow-up with customers to ensure their transition to Solar goes as seamlessly as possible.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What's required:
Professional, consultative approach to in-home presentations and proposals.
Ability to speak passionately about the positive impacts of sustainable solar energy.
Live within 1 hour of office.
Sales experience with high ticket items ($10k+) is preferred but not required.
