Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Project Coordinator to join the Legrand Canada Team in Vaughan, CA.
Act as a key resource to the direct EWS Sales Team. Manage territory project activity for the EWS Brands of Cablofil, OnQ, Pass and Seymour, Connectrac and Wiremold to grow sales. Responsible for Quoting, Managing Queue, Preparing B.O.M, and project order management. Main Job Duties:
Champion project process for Legrand Brands EWS in Canada
Track-update project opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC).
Be proficient in reading and interpreting Construction Documents (Project Specifications and Drawings) for the purpose of creating an accurate and comprehensive bill of materials for as many EWS Brands as possible.
Collaborate with the BDM Group to ensure all projects are quoted with accurate B.O.M.
Coordinate bid preparations and administer project quotations to customers.
Be able to close small to med sized project opportunities in coordination with BDM’s/Agents
Integral to the follow-up on projects and quotations to ensure the highest percentage of closed projects as possible utilizing the EWS Sales Team where appropriate.
Assist in all facets of project management - putting together product submittals, processing Purchase Orders, releasing orders, and expediting shipments.
Communicate directly with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Daily usage of CRM Tool (SFDC) - Project Follow-up, Customer Management, Contact/Account updates, New Opportunity Management
Qualifications
Education: 4-year degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Prior experience in Electrical Industry or related field is an asset 2-5 years
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Must have a strong product knowledge and technical understanding of Legrand Brands and willing to learn
Requires strong organizational and time management skills and be able to handle multiple priorities. Requires close attention to detail. Strong computer skills - proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, SFDC
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Must be an effective listener.
Must be highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment
