Sales Ops Programmatic Account Manager
The Sales Ops Programmatic Account Manager is a collaborative role providing pre- and post-sale support of the Spectrum Reach's local programmatic sales team. This key team member is integral to ensure regional and local advertisers and agencies have a positive customer experience in order to drive programmatic revenue growth. This position will support accounts and monitor deals with both consultative and technical approach to insure revenue consistency and growth. This role requires experience supporting programmatic deals (specifically streaming/ CTV), working with publisher sales teams targeting agency holding companies and their respective programmatic buying teams, Yield and ad-ops collaboration, a strategic and analytical perspective, and experience providing regular updates to sales teams/leadership.

Campaign Management
Manage the deals/ campaigns from start to finish and ensure deal performance and delivery is aligned with expectations of the client.
New deal setup lead all new incoming agency and advertisers deals sourced by our local sales team; taking specs agreed to by client, entering into system to create new deal IDs.
Deal activation lead, insuring new deals activated in timely manner, communicating internally to work through process and insure SLAs met, and updating client when deals are live or deal status.
Troubleshooting programmatic spend with our Yield, Ad-Ops and sales teams; serve as a client-direct resource if there are issues accessing a new deal as needed.
Develop and communicate best practices for new and developing programmatic support structure.
Customer Support
Primary sales resource for any technical client questions.
Client servicing support for Sales - collaborating with sales to engage with clients directly and provide regular communication to highlight deal performance trends (e.g. clearing CPMs), pacing, optimization recommendations, and gather feedback on the deals that were built to understand necessary changes to improve future schedules.
As needed, attend reoccurring client check-ins with sales (phone, video, in person) to encourage open line of dialogue.
Act as point of contact for client recaps, partner with internal team to pull together materials and insights for sales to present to clients.
Sales Support
Collaborate with local sales team to manage pipeline, stakeholder mapping, cultivating new relationships, and deal flow.
Support local sales team marketing/ sales material creation for agency/ client specific meetings.
Understand agency objectives and KPIs and translate that into programmatic deals that meet those needs.
Partner with Yield team to maximize inventory usage to ensure deal delivery and/or help fill holes to maximize fill rate.
Stay ahead of the curve on marketplace trends relating to programmatic and CTV.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, and how CTV is bought and sold
Experience with both PMP and PG deal types
In-depth knowledge of programmatic terms and calculations
Experience with Salesforce, SSP Platforms (Magnite, Freewheel), and other Advertising software or technology
Experience supporting programmatic deals (specifically streaming/ CTV), working with DSPs and SSPs, Yield and ad-ops collaboration, a strategic and analytical perspective, and client facing experience
Familiarity with and experience in programmatic; understanding of deal IDs, metrics, and optimization strategies
Customer focused to insure excellent client experience and service pre, during, and post
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills in a faced paced sales environment
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience in programmatic account management experience 3+ years
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Previous experience supporting a team of Sales, Advertising, or Marketing professionals
Previous experience in ground level, fast growing, newly formed programmatic business
Experience working within a high growth newly formed programmatic business
Previous experience in an Ad Agency, Media, SSP, DSP, Agency Trading Desk
Hands on experience with SSP, DSPs, marketplaces (e.g. SpotX, TTD, Freewheel)
Understanding of 3rd party ad servers, tags, and video ad serving concepts (e.g. VAST)
