Our team supports externally, Atlassian Partners, and internally, the Channel Field, Development, and Programs team. The Sales Operations Team Lead leads a team responsible for execution of operational processes in support of Atlassian's Channel Program organization globally as a shared service.

Oversee day-to-day management of our Partner Programs as a hands-on managerEnsure team of Partner Program Support specialists are achieving and exceeding internal KPIsDefine, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze the Partner experience and internal efficiency, including Partner SLAs and support volumesWork cross-functionally with stakeholders to provide operational expertise to scale to initiatives by the Business Process Analysts and Partner teamHandle internal escalations in a timely manner and expedite resolution of problems as they ariseMaintain operational reporting, ICFR documentation and delivery of executive updatesDrive ongoing improvement of related processes and systems
More about you
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory roleMinimum 3-5 years experience in the Channel supporting PartnersCollege degree or equivalent tertiary educationProficient with Excel, Google Sheet and SalesforceStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work/influence across organizational boundariesExcellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, and capable of explaining complex conceptsDemonstrated ability to problem solve in complex situations with minimal guidanceDemonstrable evidence of work accountabilityHas led or participated in process improvement projects, has the ability to think outside of the box to improve manual processesTeam player
